The installable web app uses browser storage to save public pages, styling, scripts, icons and a limited number of viewed public photos for offline reading. Admin pages, login credentials and API responses are excluded from this offline cache. Clear the website’s site data in your browser to remove saved copies. No push notifications or background collection of enquiries are included. The logo, styling and scripts are included locally.
Website administration
The office manages website content separately. This public website does not collect account registrations or provide a visitor login.
If you contact the office
Telephone, email and WhatsApp links open the relevant service or app. Information you choose to send is handled through that channel and may include your name, contact details and the contents of your message. The website itself does not submit or save an enquiry.

Event and media content
Event photographs, newspaper cuttings and related text are selected and uploaded by the website administrator. YouTube videos are linked, not uploaded to this website. Choosing “Play video here” loads a YouTube player using privacy-enhanced mode, which connects your browser to YouTube. Its privacy terms apply to playback. The player is not loaded before you choose Play. Original-source and social media links open third-party websites, whose own terms and privacy notices apply.
Third-party services and hosting
Communication providers have their own privacy terms. This website uses Hostycare hosting, which may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs.
